FAQs

  • A sauna is a room heated to 160–200°F with one goal: to sweat — for your body, mind, and spirit. A mobile sauna brings that experience to different locations around town. We partner with local businesses and set up in new spots each week, so all you have to do is show up, step inside, and feel the heat.

  • The idea is to sweat. A lot. Plan 10-15 minutes inside the sauna followed by a cool off outside or with cold water exposure. Cycle multiple times - you are the boss of your session. Listen to your body.

    • Towel to sit on in the sauna

    • Bathing suit

    • Water

    • Warm/comfy clothes to change into after session

  • Private changing space is available on site.

  • Other than the weight of the world, please don’t bring jewelry, phones, keys, glasses etc. into the sauna. The heat can cause damage.

  • Not yet — but we’re working on it! Our goal is to pair each sauna session with a cold plunge option for the full hot/cold cycle. It’s the ultimate contrast therapy and an amazing reset for your body and mind. Stay tuned — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s part of the experience.

  • Most people tolerate sauna really well, but if you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or are unsure, it’s best to check with your doctor. We’ll always prioritize your comfort and safety.
