I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that using a wood-fired sauna involves exposure to high heat and humidity, which may pose health risks including (but not limited to) dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, and aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that I may experience.
Medical Clearance
I affirm that I am in good physical condition to use the sauna. I am not pregnant, do not have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical conditions that could make sauna use unsafe. I agree to consult with my physician if I have any doubt about my ability to safely use the sauna.
Alcohol & Drugs
I affirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair my judgment or physical ability while using the sauna.
Rules & Conduct
I agree to follow all posted rules and the instructions of Cosmos Creek Sauna staff. I will remain hydrated, listen to my body, and exit the sauna if I feel unwell at any time.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to use Cosmos Creek Sauna, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Cosmos Creek Sauna, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.
Acknowledgment
I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
